I recently took in my expensive wool overcoat from Charles Tyrwhitt. I needed the arms shortened along with several other alterations. They were aware this was a high end garment. Rather than just taking the arms up from the sleeve, Sean (owner) went above and beyond to alter from the top of the arm/shoulder area. Real craftsmanship and care was displayed here from their highly experienced tailors. Fresh Touch are without doubt the premium dry cleaners in Waltham Forest. Would highly recommend!!!
